The Benefits of Honey

Thursday, March 18th, 2010

In this short information piece I will be giving you just a few of the many benefits to the use of honey. Before we begin, it is important to note that the honey used must be raw and organic. It is important that you understand that if honey has been processed, it is not not good for either you or the bee.

The processing of honey is a form of  pasturization were the honey heated to very high temperatures.

Research has shown that if you feed bees processed honey, it will kill them, so it is very important to consume only raw organic honey. Honey is rich in many minerals: i.e. iron, copper, aluminum, magnesium, and potassium. All of these minerals are important to our health, but potassium is vital to our immune system. For example, bacteria cannot live in its presence. Potassium withdraws from the bacteria the moisture which is essential to their very existence. This was documented by Dr. W.G. Sackett at the Colorado Agriculture College in Fort Collins, Colorado.

Honey has many medicinal properties and is helpful in the treatment of digestive distress, bed wetting, insomnia, acute or chronic cough, controlling muscle cramps, healing burns, and much more.

Honey is one of God’s perfect foods and has many advantages over other sugars. Listed below are just a few of these advantages:

1. It is non-irritating to the lining of your digestive tract.

2. It is easily and rapidly assimilated.

3. It quickly furnishes the demand for energy.

4. It enables athletes and others who expend energy heavily to recuperate rapidly from exertion.

5. It is, of all sugars, handled best by the kidneys.

6. It has a natural and gentle laxative effect.

7. It has a sedative value.

As interesting and potentially helpful as this information is, some people have serious conditions with underlying complications and need help in guiding and directing them back to a state of wellness. A home remedy for age spots

Would you like to get rid of those ugly age spots?  A great remedy is Castor Oil. Make sure you rub it in very well and do it everyday.

Another great tip for skin care is the use of vitamin C cream to treat sun damage. It is great for us bald guys. Apply it every night before bed. The type of vitamin C cream you use is very important.

In my experience there is only one that works well. If you would like to try this product, go to the contact section of my website and give me your contact information so I can arrange to ship you a jar.

Also this summer be sure to take vitamin F. I can get you the whole food F which is the only one you should use. If you are interested please contact me by phone or email via my web sight and I will make sure you get taken care of.

Hope this helps

Sugar, how sweet is isn’t

Wednesday, February 10th, 2010

Many of you may know that sugar increases inflammation. What you may not know is that it also compromises your immune system. 6 teaspoons of sugar, which is less than a full can of Coke, will compromise your immune system by 25%.  While 12 teaspoons of sugar will decrease immunity by 60%, 24 teaspoons of sugar will compromise your immune system by 92%.  It also plays a roll in A.D.H.D., in dementia; hypoglycemia; type II diabetes; hyperactivity, and many more.

The amount of sugar consumed in the US is astronomical. It is no wonder that when it comes to longevity, the U.S. ranks 42nd.

There is a very effective and affordable way to curb sugar and carb cravings. If you are a carb queen or king, there is help for you. Just go to the contact tab on this website, let me know your specific challenge, and I will recommend a solution.

YOUR JOURNEY BACK TO OPTIMAL HEALTH

Tuesday, January 12th, 2010

The purpose of writing this article is to help you understand how I can best serve you in your journey back to optimal health.

Good health care has many facets. In this short article I would like to define and explain the three most important elements needed to help the body help itself back to optimal health.

The first one is good nutrition.  The best nutrients come from organic, unaltered whole foods. The best, most cost effective way to get this is through whole-food supplementation. The proper use of whole-food supplementation is best accomplished through the informed guidance of a health care professional. This guidance should include a professional assessment of the individual’s health concerns and nutritional needs.

The second element is to implement the ancient wisdom of synergistic herbal formulas given to us by Asian medicine.

The third and final element is acupuncture. The role of acupuncture is to reestablish healthy communication of the organ (orb) systems. This in turn leads to homeostasis, the body in a condition of optimal health.

This trio is a powerful and effective way to address the core of most health concerns.

Of course, there are other lifestyle changes that are very important. i.e.: exercise and spiritual/mental health (click on the Spirituality and Healing tab) just to mention a few.

Thirty years of clinical experience have given me the knowledge and ability to effectively implement this trio. If acupuncture cannot be implemented due to a long distance situation, I can very effectively use the assessment tool of Bio Design along with whole-food nutrition and Asian herbal medicine to address the problems.

Please go to the Contact Us tab on the home page of the website and request a consultation. I look forward to hearing from you.
